23:18. তখন যিহোয়াদা লেবীয় গোষ্ঠীর যাজকদের আদেশ দিলেন আনন্দের সঙ্গে এবং গান গেয়ে সেবা কাজগুলি করতে যেগুলি দায়ূদ মন্দিরের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট করেছিলেন এবং মোশির বইতে যেমন লেখা আছে সেইমত প্রভুকে বলি উত্সর্গ করতে যেমন দায়ূদ করতেন|

23:18. Jehoiada then assigned the duties of the LORD's temple to the priests, the Levites whom David had assigned to the LORD's temple. They were responsible for offering burnt sacrifices to the LORD with joy and music, according to the law of Moses and the edict of David.

23:18. Jehoiada now put the priests and Levites in charge of the Temple of the LORD, following all the directions given by David. He also commanded them to present burnt offerings to the LORD, as prescribed by the Law of Moses, and to sing and rejoice as David had instructed.

23:18. Then Jehoiada chose the priests to be responsible for the Lord's Temple. The priests were Levites, and David had given them the job of being responsible for the Lord's Temple. They were to offer the burnt offerings to the Lord the way the Law of Moses commanded. They offered the sacrifices with much joy and singing the way David commanded.
